SFUA, or Support For Underrated Artists was established Jan. 2009 with it's main goal of Supporting Artists who SHOULD Be well known, but through events aren't.
There was A time where Deviant Art was a place to Upload art, and get noticed. Thought today is more a cross of 4chan, with Fanart Central, our Goal is to help talented people get noticed amongst the clutter, to put the Art back into DeviantArt.
The process to submit an Artist is simply, much like sending in a submission for Daily Deviant, you simply note this account with a link to the Deviant and a piece of their art that should be featured here. The submission will go past a panel of Judges, who if accepted will send a note to the user asking if they could do a profile on them. (An uploaded piece, with information about the artist, and links to their art and things that Inspire them, with maybe a short interview)
